About CycleIn

CycleIn is affordable, self-paced online training that helps adults build the skills and confidence to cycle safely on today's roads, whether they cycle for work, commuting, leisure or wellbeing.

What is CycleIn?

CycleIn is practical, self-paced online training for adults who want to build cycling skills, road confidence and safer cycling habits for everyday journeys.

The training takes around 90 to 120 minutes to complete and includes 15 short modules across 4 themes. Learners work through knowledge checks as they go, complete the modules online in any order and at their own pace, then download a CycleIn certificate of completion after finishing the course.

Why CycleIn?

Cycling can make everyday travel easier, healthier and more affordable, whether people ride for work, commute by bike, make local journeys or cycle for leisure and wellbeing.

CycleIn helps learners prepare for the situations they are likely to meet on today's roads, including route planning, junctions, hazards, road positioning, shared spaces and The Highway Code. It gives adults a practical way to build confidence for safer everyday cycling.
